Schlotzsky’s in Alpharetta
Schlotzsky’s first opened in Austin, Texas, in 1971, serving one sandwich, the Original, baked fresh from scratch. While Schlotzsky’s has since expanded its menu and added over 370 locations across the U.S., the brand credits its “Wonderfully Weird” roots and the Austin spirit of originality as the main inspirations behind its recently unveiled transition to Schlotzsky’s Austin Eatery. For the relaunch of the brand at the Alpharetta location, Schlotzsky’s partnered with local artist BlackCatTips to create wonderfully weird art using the famous bread and condiment bar.
