Did you know we have a world-renowned plastic surgeon practicing here in Alpharetta? No need to head to LA or Miami when you can come to the state-of-the-art surgery center at The Graivier Center and have one of the country’s best plastic surgeons work with you!
Dr. Miles Graivier has been in private practice in Alpharetta for more than 20 years. Though he has received honors and awards that have drawn patients from around the world, The Graivier Center still maintains an intimate, friendly setting. From compassionate, hospitable, knowledgeable staff members (many of whom have worked with him for 10 or more years) to a safe, beautiful environment filled with top-of-the-line technology, it is no wonder The Graivier Center is thriving. Performing procedures from head to toe, Dr. Graivier and his 360-degree approach to healing is in high demand.
Over the last 26 years, Dr. Graivier has developed his own techniques for just about every area of cosmetic surgery that can be done. When you need face and neck surgery, you will not look pulled or “done.” You will just look like a younger version of yourself…a 10- to 15-year younger version. His innovative neck suspension suture technique, avoidance of changing the hairline (women have sideburns, too), re-draping the skin in a vertical direction from whence it came, and adding the person’s own fat back into the areas of volume loss, give the patient a natural, more youthful appearance. The hairdresser will even have difficulty finding incisions and people will just know that you look great. Also, the results are long-lasting.
Dr. Graivier was one of the first to do endoscopic, minimal incision brow lifts and endoscopic breast augmentation in 1993. He also developed most of the techniques used today for fillers (including the first in the world to use Radiesse) and Botox and continues to teach these techniques worldwide. Dr. Graivier recently headed a FDA study leading to approval of blunt cannulas for lip augmentation with fillers.
Another area of innovation is his upper abdominal lift. This is for women with upper abdominal skin laxity. Incisions are only made just beneath the breasts. The skin is elevated, and recovery is minimal. This procedure, as well as a variety of mini or endoscopic techniques, are not offered elsewhere. Dr. Graivier is pioneering the use of fillers for nasal contouring and authoring the chapter on these in the definitive nasal surgery textbook. He was also one of the first to use Botox for the correction of teeth grinding.
One of his newest areas of innovation includes his use of regenerative cell-enhanced microfat grafting for facial rejuvenation, as well as healing of chronic planter fasciitis and joint degenerative arthritis in knees, shoulders, ankles and even hips. “We have been having remarkable results with these procedures, giving both cosmetic and functional improvement,” he says. That’s what we call a Happy New Year!
